About Us
Dreams Come True Foundation was formally set up in 2015 as a non-profit charity organization under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance by a group of professionals who have been promoting dreams and sustainability development in different aspects. Our service targets include the people suffering from chronic diseases and their carers, youth with special needs, and low-income families who are in the minority group unrecognized by society. We wish to encourage them to live positive and enjoyable lives with their families, and we support the dreams of beneficiaries through education, social collaboration, and mobilization.
The program fulfills the dreams of eligible applicants through referral by our Partners. For service details, please browse our website for Application Guidelines. To make an application, simply complete the Application Form and return it to us by email, mail or apply online.
Our Dream Team has, in prior experiences, sponsored daily and rehabilitation accessories, life-sharing publications and short videos, art or skill-based trainings, living experiences, to name a few. With this support, we wish to enhance quality of lives, bring hope and long-term inspiration to our beneficiaries.
